Job summary

Molex in Siemianowice Śląskie, Poland is seeking a Quality Management Systems Engineer to join the team. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining quality management systems in line with IATF 16949 and VDA standards within the automotive sector.

You will develop quality documentation, coordinate audits, analyze data, drive CAPA, and train staff to ensure compliance with customer and process requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems in accordance with IATF 16949 and VDA requirements.
• Develop and manage quality documentation within the plant.
• Coordinate second- and third-party audits (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3) and monitor corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with Production and R&D to ensure compliance with customer and process requirements.
• Conduct internal trainings on quality standards and system requirements.
• Support certification and recertification processes.
• Perform internal audits and verify effectiveness of improvement activities.
