Job summary

Molex, a Koch company, seeks an EHS Officer to support health, safety, and environmental programs at our manufacturing facility. The role ensures compliance with Polish regulations, Molex standards, and ISO management systems while promoting a strong safety culture.

You will conduct inspections and audits, coordinate investigations, maintain documentation, and deliver EHS training and onboarding to staff. This position emphasizes continuous improvement and proactive safety leadership.

Qualifications

• Technician in Occupational Health & Safety (Technik BHP) or higher education.
• Good knowledge of Polish EHS regulations.
• Communicative English & Polish (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace safety inspections and environmental audits.
• Support risk assessments and implementation of corrective actions.
• Coordinate incident, near-miss and accident investigations.
• Maintain EHS documentation, registers and legal records.
• Deliver and coordinate EHS training and onboarding.
• Support emergency preparedness, evacuation drills and contractor safety.
• Participate in audits and ISO 14001 / ISO 9001 activities.
• Support waste management, environmental reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Track EHS KPIs and prepare periodic reports.
• Promote employee engagement and safety culture initiatives.

• Experience in manufacturing, electronics or cable assembly environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
• Strong English skills
• Experience supporting audits and corrective action programs.
