Job summary

Roche is seeking a Head of Compliance and Quality Governance to lead global governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across technology platforms. You will shape strategy and oversee scalable, compliant solutions in a highly regulated biotech context.

You will partner with Quality, Regulatory, Security, and Audit functions to drive enterprise-wide strategy, governance frameworks, and KPI-driven improvements while leading a diverse, global team to deliver high-value capabilities.”

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT/domain experience in regulated industries.
• 10+ years leading global multidisciplinary teams.
• 10+ years in Technology, Compliance, Quality, or Risk.
• Deep expertise in Quality Management Systems, GxP, CSV, GDPR, ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Technology Compliance & Quality Governance strategy and roadmap.
• Serve as trusted partner for executives across Quality, Regulatory, and Security.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of QMS and related compliance initiatives.
• Lead enterprise-wide technology risk assessments and remediation programs.
• Build and mentor a high-performing global team with accountable governance.
