Job summary

Lyten Poland is hiring a Quality Inspector to monitor production, stop non-conforming processes, and support corrective actions to protect product integrity. You will enforce ISO9001:2015/ISO14001:2015 standards and contribute to continuous improvement and shift handovers.

Strong mechanical/electrical knowledge and problem-solving discipline are essential. The role requires English and Polish proficiency, 2–3 years in manufacturing, and readiness for shift work.

Qualifications

  • Min. 2–3 years in manufacturing environment in a similar role.
  • Experience in battery, automotive, or FMCG sectors is a plus.
  • Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, electrical assembly and thermal management is desirable.
  • Ability to read technical documentation and electrical schematics.
  • Excellent command of English and Polish for communication with international teams.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor production processes and identify deviations to ensure product integrity.
  • Stop production or quarantine materials when non-conformities are detected.
  • Support corrective actions and CAPA, participate in shift handovers.
  • Enforce quality standards and drive a strong quality mindset across the organization.

You will be responsible for monitoring manufacturing operations, identifying deviations, and supporting immediate corrective actions to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.You will also support continuous improvement activities by enforcing quality standards, participating in shift handovers, and driving a strong quality mindset across the organization.
