You will be responsible for delivering the production plan during your shift while creating an environment where high performance and operational discipline thrive. Your responsibilities As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead the production team and oversee daily operations on your shift, ensuring that safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are consistently achieved. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high‑performing production team while fostering a strong safety and quality culture.
  • Planning and prioritizing shift activities to ensure effective utilization of people, materials, and equipment.
  • Taking ownership of production plan execution and ensuring shift targets are achieved without compromising safety or quality.
  • Conducting regular shopfloor walks, safety observations, and risk assessments while promoting safe work practices.
  • Managing production line performance, operator allocation, and material availability throughout the shift.
  • Supervising Autonomous Maintenance activities and ensuring equipment remains in optimal operating condition.
  • Escalating equipment‑related issues and coordinating with Maintenance and Production Engineering teams to minimize downtime.
  • Ensuring battery system assembly processes are completed according to defined quality and technical standards.
  • Driving timely completion of rework activities and ensuring no product remains idle awaiting corrective actions.
  • Monitoring and managing End‑of‑Line (EOL) testing activities to ensure products meet all quality requirements before release.
  • Driving OEE improvement initiatives and supporting Loss Elimination activities.
  • Leading shift handovers and ensuring accurate reporting of operational KPIs.
  • Monitoring process parameters and ensuring compliance with technological documentation and production standards.
  • Participating in root cause analysis and problem‑solving activities using structured methodologies.
  • Maintaining 5S standards and housekeeping across the production area.
  • Identifying training needs, maintaining the team skills matrix, and supporting on‑the‑job training initiatives.
  • Promoting World Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles and continuous improvement culture.
  • Ensuring accurate reporting of production, material consumption, scrap, and production order data in MES and ERP systems.
  • Collaborating closely with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Planning, Production Engineering, and other support functions.
  • Supporting the development of work instructions, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Performing additional duties assigned by management to support business growth and operational excellence.
What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations with a strong understanding of shopfloor processes.
