Job summary

HUBER+SUHNER Polatis is seeking a Junior Lean Manufacturing Specialist to support Lean initiatives across the organization. You will implement Lean tools, drive improvements in both production and office environments, and prepare simple management reports.

You will analyze data (OEE, costs, quality), participate in workshops, and promote a culture of Continuous Improvement while collaborating with teams to share best practices.

Qualifications

• Higher engineering degree; preferred fields: Production Engineering, Production Management, and Project Management.
• Ability to work with data and apply Lean principles to optimize processes.
• Strong communication in Polish; English basic with willingness to improve.
• Familiarity with Lean tools: 5S, Report A3, PDCA, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM).

Responsibilities

• Support Lean initiatives across the organization by implementing Lean tools and methodologies.
• Identify and optimize production and administrative processes per Lean principles.
• Lead continuous improvement projects aligning with plant goals.
• Prepare simple reports on Lean indicators for management.
• Organize and conduct basic Lean training sessions and workshops.
