Huber+Suhner Polatis is seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure top-quality products from vendors and suppliers, adhering to regulatory and internal standards. You will oversee supplier performance, develop QC plans, and train teams to reduce defects.

Requires 5 years in manufacturing, strong English and Polish, Excel proficiency, and knowledge of ISO9001. SAP experience is advantageous; a proactive team player mindset is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years experience in manufacturing environment.
• Accurate record keeping using in house tools and solutions.
• Knowledge of electronic components and technical drawings.
• Very good knowledge of English and Polish.

Aufgaben

• Ensuring suppliers meet and maintain all regulations and requirements.
• Support management of a supplier database with updated records of performance.
• Creating quality control guidelines and protocols (Control Plans).
• Training new employees, suppliers, and vendors on quality assurance procedures.
• Providing support and advice to vendors and internal customers on how to reduce defect rates.
• Communicating with vendors and suppliers of nonconformance and non-compliance to agreed quality standards.
• Assessing and inspection of products and supplies from vendors to ensure their quality.
• Ensuring supplier manufacturing processes comply with requirements and guidelines.
• Creating and promoting strategies to increase the quality and efficiency of systems and products.
• Conducting audits of quality systems (Internal and External).
• Support the research and assessment of new vendors and suppliers.
• Support negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors for supply acquisition.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.
