Job summary

3Shape in Szczecin is seeking a Quality Engineer to safeguard our standards across manufacturing and QA, blending technical rigor with cross-functional cooperation.

The role focuses on monitoring quality on the production floor, developing control plans, and driving root cause analysis with teams across production, manufacturing engineering, and quality assurance. Fluent Polish and English are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in quality control/assurance in manufacturing; medical devices or regulated industries preferred.
• Structured approach to root cause investigation; knowledge of 8D is a plus.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, statistics and project management.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality throughout the manufacturing process and collaborate with quality inspection teams.
• Develop and execute control plans and quality control documentation.
• Conduct regular quality patrols on the production floor and share lessons learned with production and manufacturing engineering teams.
• Manage the NCR process and coordinate the disposition of NC product.
• Lead cross-functional teams in resolving internal process and product quality issues.
• Own customer claim investigations, working with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
• Support the CAPA process.
