Job summary

IKEA Supply Chain Operations in Warsaw or Bucharest is seeking a Quality Developer to lead the redesign of how we measure and improve handling quality across our global network. The role balances data-driven analysis with stakeholder influence, driving KPI standards, Power BI reporting, and training for service providers across Europe, Asia and North America.

You will work with regional teams to translate insights into sustainable improvements and partner with external providers to raise quality

Qualifications

Solid knowledge of logistics operations, including warehousing and distribution.
Deep understanding of quality management in an outsourced environment.
Hands-on with data and reporting; able to turn data into priorities and build Power BI reporting.
Proven ability to design and implement KPIs and SOPs used by teams.
Experience developing training material and building cross-cultural competence.
Strong presentation and communication skills; able to influence without formal authority.
University degree in logistics, engineering, economics or business; fluent in English; 7+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

Build the fact base for quality and KPIs with the quality team.
Benchmark performance to identify gaps and create improvement plans.
Define practical quality standards and SOPs for handling, returns, and deviations.
Develop training material for service providers and teams.
Ensure cost-effective, quality handling materials and sourcing models.
Lead cross-functional projects and represent IKEA with service providers.
