Job summary

Sushi Food Factor is seeking a Quality Controller to join our growing food manufacturing team in Robakowo, near Poznań. You will conduct quality and safety checks across production, ensuring our products meet strict hygiene standards.

Ideal candidates have experience in quality control or food manufacturing, a solid understanding of food safety, and are comfortable with 3 rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quality and food safety checks throughout the production process.
• Ensure products meet quality, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Monitor production processes and identify quality issues.
• Record quality checks, results and corrective actions.
• Work closely with Production, Technical and Warehouse teams.
• Support investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Support audits and maintain quality documentation.
• Ensure sushi products consistently meet high standards.

Sushi Food Factor (SFF) is looking for a Quality Controller to join our growing food manufacturing team in Robakowo, near Poznań.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out quality and food safety checks throughout the production process
• Ensuring products meet SFF's quality, hygiene and food safety standards
• Monitoring production processes and identifying quality issues
• Recording quality checks, results and corrective actions
• Working closely with Production, Technical and Warehouse teams
• Supporting investigations and root-cause analysis
• Supporting audits and maintaining accurate quality documentation
• Ensuring our sushi products consistently meet the high standards our customers expect

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in quality control, food manufacturing or a similar environment
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident identifying and reporting quality issues
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to work 3 rotating shifts

Food manufacturing experience is desirable, but we’re also interested in candidates with strong quality experience from other manufacturing environments.
