Job summary

CHEP is seeking a Quality & Assurance Lead to strengthen quality across CHEP operations and 3PL networks. The role focuses on audits, investigations, and continuous improvement, acting as the quality ambassador to customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Food Science, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Continuous Improvement.
  • Experience handling customer complaints, quality investigations, or corrective action processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute the Quality Audit Program across CHEP-owned and subcontracted service centers in line with regional quality objectives.
  • Conduct announced and unannounced audits of service centers, assessing product quality and process compliance.
  • Monitor and improve adherence to QMS requirements, SOPs, and quality best practices.
  • Support rollout of quality initiatives, product strategies, and process improvements across operations.
  • Act as CHEP's customer-facing quality representative, managing quality-related concerns and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Lead root cause investigations and corrective action processes (RCA/CAPA) to address product and service quality issues.
  • Support investigations into operational failures, customer complaints, and service disruptions while coaching operations teams.
  • Gather and analyze field intelligence to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
