Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Food Science, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Continuous Improvement.
  • Experience handling customer complaints, quality investigations, or corrective action processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute the Quality Audit Program across CHEP-owned and subcontracted service centers.
  • Develop and deliver quality training materials for operations personnel.
  • Act as CHEP’s customer-facing quality representative and lead RCA/CAPA processes.

In this role, you will enhance product and service quality visibility, drive compliance with operational standards, and act as a key partner to both internal stakeholders and customers in resolving quality-related issues.
