We are looking for a Quality & Assurance Lead to support and strengthen quality standards across CHEP operations and the 3PL network. In this role, you will enhance product and service quality visibility, drive compliance with operational standards, and act as a key partner to both internal stakeholders and customers in resolving quality-related issues. You will play an important role in fostering a quality-driven culture through audits, investigations, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Understanding of quality investigations, complaint management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. Knowledge of quality investigations, complaint management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI is an advantage. Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP/Food Industry requirements, and Lean Six Sigma principles is preferred. Risk assessment and problem-solving mindset.
Strong communicator with excellent listening and stakeholder management skills. Ability to build trust through structured investigations and professional follow-up. Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable. Adaptable with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset. Customer-focused with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
