Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to ensure and drive quality standards on-site in Poland. You will implement QA systems, coordinate with managers, and lead a lab team to uphold HACCP, ISO 9001, and GMP+ requirements.

The role requires 3+ years in feed quality, strong communication, and leadership, with English at least B2. This maternity leave cover is full-time and on-site, starting soon.

Qualifications

• Post Bachelor or Master in Feed Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of quality experience in the feed industry.
• English at least communicative level (B2).
• Strong organization, teamwork, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain feed safety systems and QA processes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001, FAMIQS, GMP+ and HACCP.
• Lead the laboratory and quality training for staff.
• Manage supplier qualification, deviations and complaints.
• Provide technical support to customers and handle complaints.
• Represent the company to authorities and perform audits.
