Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to enhance QA systems and ensure compliance with ISO9001, FAMIQS, GMP+ and HACCP. You will lead the lab team, train staff, and drive supplier qualification and handling of deviations and complaints.

You will interact with cross-functional managers to ensure quality is integrated into all processes and supports customers with technical QA guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Feed Science.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality in the feed industry.
• English at least communicative level (B2).

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining feed safety systems and QMS (SOPs, audits, supplier audits, deviation handling).
• Ensuring implementation and compliance of quality standards (ISO9001, FAMIQS, GMP+).
• Lead laboratory and lab team; provide quality training for new employees.
• Manage supplier qualification, MOC, deviations and complaints; support customers.
