Saab Technologies Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Quality and Compliance Manager to own and evolve the Quality Management System and certification processes within a regulated defence environment.

You will promote a culture of integrity and ensure compliance with customer, regulatory and industry standards. The role requires leadership in audits, investigations, and corrective actions, along with managing risk and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Several years of experience in Quality Management, Ethics & Compliance or related function in regulated industries.
• Proven experience with management systems and certification processes.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AQAP or defence industry standards.
• Experience with audits, investigations and corrective actions.
• Understanding governance, risk and internal controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, advising senior management.
• High integrity and professional judgement.
• Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Personnel Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsabilités

• Own and continuously develop the company’s Quality Management System and related processes.
• Lead the implementation, maintenance and certification of management systems and standards (ISO 9001, AQAP).
• Coordinate certification, recertification and surveillance audits with certification bodies.
• Ensure compliance with customer, contractual, regulatory and defence industry requirements.
• Maintain quality documentation, records and evidence for audits and acceptance.
• Minimize non-compliance risks, product rejection, delays and penalties due to quality issues.
• Manage internal and external audits, findings, non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain the Ethics & Compliance framework and related policies.
