Job summary

QIMA in Poland (Warsaw) is seeking a German-speaking Auditor to join our Audit Services team. The role focuses on QHSE and social compliance audits at supplier sites, with onsite execution and thorough reporting.

The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience in social audits, strong communication and analytical skills, and willingness to travel as required. Fluency in German is essential to liaise with clients and factories. This is a full-time onsite role in Warsaw.

You will be expected to:

  • Audit the manufacturing sites of our clients’ suppliers, sometimes without warning. Your areas of attention will include labor rights, health and safety, environmental security, and others, according to the applicable international standard or the client’s in-house procedure
  • Be alert to any violations, staying vigilant when dealing with factory management, and recording all your findings in detailed reports, to be delivered to the client
  • Approach your job with utmost integrity, as your conduct during an audit can have lasting consequences for the supplier, factory staff, and our clients

We may also request you to:

  • Provide your expertise in client meetings, to create custom quality control procedures based on their specific requirements
  • Contribute your ideas for improving the quality of our Operations projects
    • A minimum ofthree years of professional experience conducting social audits;
    • Experience and knowledge of QHSE and social compliance standards;
    • Strong communication, analytical, and report-writing skills;
    • Willingness and ability to travel as required to conduct audits.
    • Fluency in German
