Job summary

Six Group in Warsaw is seeking an experienced QA Tester to ensure quality, reliability and performance of our applications across project-based initiatives and ongoing change activities. You will work with cross-functional teams, applying structured testing approaches and clear communication to deliver high-quality results.

In this role you will plan, execute and document tests, manage defects, and maintain test artefacts using Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing QA activities across projects and change requests.
• Strong understanding of SW testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Structured and methodical approach to testing.
• Practical experience working in Agile and SAFe frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for test documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to explain risks, issues, and test results to non technical stakeholders.
• Ability to set priorities, manage deadlines, and handle multiple parallel tasks.
• Skilled in estimating test efforts and evaluating testing tools.
• Experience with Linux console tools.
• Nice to have: scripting skills (e.g. Python).
• Nice to have: knowledge of data analysis or data processing tools.
• Nice to have: fintech experience (reference data or market data processing).
