Dotlinkers IT recruitment is seeking a QA Automation Engineer for a fully remote position in Poland. You will design, implement and maintain automated tests for complex software projects, collaborating with developers and analysts to improve quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Experience with Selenium, Playwright or Serenity, API testing and CI/CD pipelines is highly valued, as is the ability to investigate issues independently and drive QA process improvements.

Qualifications

Commercial experience in QA Automation.
Experience with Selenium, Playwright or Serenity.
Experience with API testing.
Understanding of CI/CD and automated testing pipelines.
Knowledge of software development and testing processes.
Ability to investigate technical problems independently.
Experience working closely with development teams.
Certifications and strong technical expertise will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Designing, developing and maintaining automated test scenarios.
Creating and maintaining automated regression test suites.
Testing web applications and APIs.
Identifying, analysing and documenting defects.
Working closely with developers and analysts to investigate technical issues.
Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Supporting improvements to QA processes and testing standards.
Troubleshooting test failures and determining their root causes.

The organization is currently expanding its engineering teams and looking for experienced technical leaders who can take ownership of both technology and delivery.

About the Role

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer who can take ownership of automated testing across complex software projects. You will work closely with developers and analysts to design, implement, and maintain automated tests and help ensure the quality of applications throughout the development lifecycle. The role requires someone who is technically strong and comfortable investigating issues rather than treating testing as a purely functional activity. Experience with API testing and CI/CD environments will be particularly useful.
