Job summary

Atlas Ward Group is seeking a Civil Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in large-scale commercial or industrial construction in Poland. The role focuses on quality assurance, document control, and adherence to PN/EN standards.

You will work closely with Construction Managers and Site Managers, ensuring compliance and traceability across projects. BIM experience and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years on construction sites in commercial/industrial projects.
• Knowledge of Construction Law and PN/EN standards.
• Experience with design, acceptance, and as-built documentation.
• ISO 9001 quality management knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• BIM experience (Revit, Navisworks) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) for projects.
• Review design documentation for quality, completeness, and risks.
• Define execution standards, tolerances, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and standards.
• Supervise construction quality and subcontractor works.
• Audit construction processes and documentation.
• Coordinate BIM verification and constructability checks.
