Job summary

Air Liquide Engineering & Construction Poland S.A. seeks an experienced Site QA/QC Manager to oversee the quality lifecycle on a world-scale industrial gas construction project. You will guardians of engineering excellence on-site, ensuring civil, mechanical, piping, and electrical work meets Air Liquide’s standards.

The role is field-based on an active construction site. You will lead PQP/ITP processes, manage NCRs, CAPA, and handover documentation, with a focus on zero-defect execution in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical field.
• 8+ years of QA/QC on large-scale industrial construction sites (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial Gas plants preferred).
• Certifications in Welding Inspection (AWS-CWI, CSWIP 3.1, or equivalent) and familiarity with NDT methods (RT, UT, PT, MT).
• Strong knowledge of international codes (ASME B31.3, ASME Section VIII, API) and local regs.
• Exceptional leadership and ability to work with HSE and construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and audit the site-specific PQP and ITPs.
• Oversee daily field inspections for mechanical, structural, civil, and E&I activities.
• Manage welding engineering compliance and NDT tracking for high-pressure piping.
• Enforce oxygen-cleanliness and cryogenic insulation standards.
• Lead pre-inspection meetings with subcontractors and monitor quality performance.
• Issue and track NCRs and drive CAPA.
• Review and validate contractor TOP and As‑Built documentation for handover.
