Nearmap in Warsaw is seeking a QA Lead to own the quality strategy and test execution for Salesforce, Conga CPQ, NetSuite, and Workato ecosystem. You’ll coordinate with the Poland engineering team, US-based Solution Architects and Business Analysts, and the global Salesforce administrator to ensure every release is thoroughly tested before production.

This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role where you’ll write and execute test plans, set QA standards, and lead UAT cycles.

Formación

• 4+ years of QA experience in SaaS or B2B environments, including hands-on testing of CRM, CPQ, or ERP systems.
• Experience leading QA direction as a senior IC without direct reports.
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration and automation (Flows, validation rules, approvals) is a plus.
• Exposure to CPQ platforms (Conga CPQ or similar) and integrations with NetSuite/Workato is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Own QA strategy for the Revenue Systems stack across Salesforce, Conga CPQ, NetSuite, and Workato.
• Design test plans and cases for new features and integrations, balancing thoroughness with timelines.
• Lead UAT cycles with Business Analysts and coordinate stakeholder sign-off across Sales, Finance, and Product.
• Execute critical test scripts, track defects, and verify fixes with engineering.
• Define QA standards, tooling, and process improvements for the Revenue Systems portfolio.
• Collaborate daily with the Poland engineering team and coordinate with US/global teams on configuration changes and testing implications.
