Job summary

Nearmap is seeking a Revenue Systems Administrator in Warsaw to own configuration, maintenance, and support for the core revenue tech stack (Salesforce, Conga CPQ, NetSuite, Workato). You will join a global admin team, sharing responsibilities across shifts and regions while partnering with Solution Architects and the broader engineering group.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce administration experience, CPQ knowledge, and ERP integration familiarity.

Qualifications

Must have Salesforce Admin certification or 2+ years of Salesforce admin experience.
2+ years in a SaaS or B2B environment, with exposure to revenue systems (CRM, CPQ, ERP).
Familiarity with CPQ platforms (Conga CPQ or similar).
Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP is a plus.
Exposure to integration/automation platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, or similar is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but not required.
Gearset or similar release management tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day Salesforce administration with the global admin team.
Build declarative automation (Flows, validation rules, approvals).
Configure and maintain Conga CPQ areas (bundles, pricing, templates).Take part in system audits to improve data quality and reduce unnecessary automation.
Partner with Warsaw engineering on integration builds and data alignment.
