Job summary

Nearmap is seeking a QA Lead to own the quality strategy for our Revenue Systems stack from the Warsaw hub. You will craft test plans, execute tests, and set the QA standard across Salesforce, Conga CPQ, NetSuite, and Workato.

This is a hands-on role where you write and run tests, lead UAT cycles, and drive release readiness with engineering and business stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with the Poland engineering team and the global Salesforce administrator team, ensuring robust

Qualifications

• 4+ years of QA experience in SaaS/B2B with CRM/CPQ/ERP testing.
• Senior/lead-level contributor setting QA direction without reports.
• Experience testing Salesforce configuration and automation.
• Exposure to CPQ platforms like Conga CPQ; quote-to-cash is a plus.
• Familiarity with integration testing across NetSuite and Workato.
• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own QA strategy for Revenue Systems stack across Salesforce, Conga CPQ, NetSuite, and Workato.
• Design test plans and test cases for new features and integrations.
• Identify high-risk areas needing regression coverage.
• Automate QA processes and tooling as scope grows.
• Lead and coordinate UAT cycles with Business Analysts and stakeholders.
• Execute test scripts for critical scenarios involving integrations and CPQ pricing.
• Track defects through resolution and communicate release readiness.
