Job summary

Nearmap seeks a Revenue Systems Administrator to join our Warsaw hub for global administration of Salesforce, Conga CPQ, NetSuite, and Workato. You will collaborate with admins in Utah and other regions, handling configuration, troubleshooting, and smaller build items, while partnering with Solution Architects and the wider engineering team on larger initiatives.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Salesforce administration experience, build flows, manage users, configure CPQ, and own integrations

Qualifications

• Salesforce ADM 201 certification or 2+ years of Salesforce admin experience.
• 2+ years in a SaaS or B2B environment with exposure to revenue systems (CRM/CPQ/ERP).
• Familiarity with CPQ platform (Conga CPQ or comparable) and ERP integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration: users, roles, profiles, permission sets, security, licenses.
• Create and maintain declarative automation (Flows, validation rules, approvals).
• Configure Conga CPQ: bundles, pricing rules, templates, approvals.
• Support integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workato with fellow admins.
