Job summary

Euroclear is modernising its technology by moving from COBOL to Java and adopting Event Hub technologies such as Kafka. The Quality Assurance Engineer will join the GBS division and work with Scrum teams on CREST transformation, focusing on testing with support for developers.

The role requires ISEB/ISTQB Foundation certification, hands-on testing in an Agile environment, and the ability to develop test strategies and risk mitigations while contributing to multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset to extract information from documentation, data, and teams.
• Derive manual and automated test scenarios and cases from gathered information.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Agile team to deliver migration of legacy applications to event-based and service-oriented architecture.
• Deliver and lead a coherent end-to-end Testing solution.
• Establish estimation principles for migration phases.
• Write Test Strategy and present to stakeholders.
