Job summary

Nasdaq, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure quality and reliability of regulatory reporting used by financial institutions worldwide. You’ll work across time zones with developers, business analysts, product, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role requires a strong QA background, proficiency in SQL, and practical experience with AI tools to support testing and documentation while ensuring accuracy of AI outputs. Hybrid work in Wrocław, Poland is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on software QA experience with testing of complex applications.
• Strong testing methodologies, design techniques, defect management, and SDLC experience.
• Strong SQL skills to validate data-intensive apps and large datasets.
• Experience using enterprise AI tools to support testing and documentation, with ability to review AI output.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases from business, technical, and regulatory requirements.
• Validate complex regulatory and financial reports, data configurations, and system integrations.
• Use SQL, Excel, XML, and data analysis techniques to verify large datasets.
• Apply AI-powered tools to assist testing while validating AI outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones to deliver high-quality solutions.
