Job summary

ARRISE is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer to join its iGaming-focused team in Poland. The role involves hands-on manual testing of web applications, deep requirements analysis, and contributing to a robust QA process.

You will work with SQL, Git, Kibana, and Jenkins, while leveraging your understanding of the SDLC to ensure high quality software releases. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of backend QA experience, strong log analysis skills, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of QA experience (backend).
• Strong experience in manual testing of web applications.
• Advanced requirements analysis skills.
• Knowledge of SQL and data querying.
• Git, Kibana and Jenkins experience is a plus.
• Deep understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Excellent log-reading and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to prioritize test cases based on risk analysis.
• Multitasking and strong communication skills.
• Intermediate English level.
• Gaming application testing experience is a plus.
• Experience with SOAP UI and Postman for integration testing.

Responsibilities

• Review software requirements and seek clarifications.
• Familiarize with the software under test and related tools.
• Understand the master test and project plans.
• Create or assist in creating the test plan.
• Generate test cases from requirements and documents.
• Prepare test data for testing.
• Execute tests (manual/automated) and report results.
• Update test cases based on defects found.
• Support the team with testing tasks as required.
• Stay updated on testing tools and business domain.
