Job summary

GR8_TECH is seeking a diligent Manual QA specialist to ensure high-quality software in a fast-paced FinTech environment. You will design and execute test cases, perform various testing types, and verify bug fixes while collaborating with developers and product managers.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of QA experience, strong SQL and API testing skills, and comfort using AI-powered QA tools. English is required, with Ukrainian or Russian as a plus. Remote-first role with international scope.

Qualifications

• Must-have: 3+ years of Manual QA or Software Testing in FinTech domain.
• Must-have: strong QA methodologies and SDLC understanding.
• Must-have: experience with functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Must-have: familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools.
• Must-have: SQL queries and relational databases knowledge.
• Must-have: testing web apps and APIs.
• Must-have: Git and modern development workflows.
• Must-have: understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems.
• Must-have: AI-powered tools to improve QA workflows.
• Must-have: ability to work in fast-paced product environment and adapt quickly.
• Must-have: Upper-Intermediate English or higher; Ukrainian or Russian fluency.

Responsibilities

• Execute test cases and test scenarios; maintain them.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory and UAT testing.
• Validate software against functional and non-functional requirements.
• Verify bug fixes and releases quality.
• Support performance and load testing as needed.
• Own feature quality through SDLC from planning to post-release validation.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to speed up QA tasks.
