Job summary

Epiq is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead testing efforts and ensure the quality and reliability of software products. You will design and execute test plans, coordinate with development teams, and champion quality across the lifecycle.

The role requires at least 5 years of QA experience, a related degree, and familiarity with Agile, SDLC, and test automation. This is a full-time, on-site position in Poland with opportunities for growth and impact at scale.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred: Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.

Responsibilities

Lead quality assurance activities and projects.
Conduct software testing to identify and resolve defects.
Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are met.
Perform test automation and software quality assurance (SQA) activities.
Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress and results.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact software quality.
