Job summary

IQVIA Digital, a leading health data and analytics company, is seeking a Software QA Engineer to join its Wroclaw team. You will analyze requirements, design test plans, and execute both manual and automated tests across cloud-based platforms.

You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software releases in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a strong background in QA, test planning, and agile practices, with excellent communication

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum three years of QA and software testing experience.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze business and functional requirements for completeness and derive comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
Execute procedures to ensure all information systems, applications, and services meet quality standards and end-user requirements.
Define and maintain master test plans that document strategy, scope, approach, resources, and schedule.
Execute manual and automated test scripts, documenting results, defects, and resolutions.
Analyze test results and review test plans, cases, and documentation to ensure adequate coverage.
Conduct risk assessments throughout testing cycles and provide lessons learned summaries.
Read, analyze, and interpret business requirements, functional specs, and technical design docs.
Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and testing documentation using established standards.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders throughout SDLC.
Communicate testing progress, risks, issues, and recommendations to management and internal customers.
