Job summary

IQVIA Digital in Poland is seeking a Software QA Engineer to join our analytics-driven quality assurance team. You will design and execute test plans, automate where possible, and collaborate with developers, product managers, and data teams to ensure software quality across the SDLC.

The role requires hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, API testing, and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP), plus strong analytical and communication skills to drive quality improvements across complex healthcare

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
Minimum 3 years of QA/testing experience.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Experience creating and executing test plans and defect reports.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze business and functional requirements and derive comprehensive test cases.
Execute manual and automated tests, documenting results and defects.
Define and maintain master test plans detailing strategy, scope and schedule.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders.
Communicate testing progress, risks, and recommendations to management.
