Job summary

Alcor in Warsaw is seeking a QA Engineer to drive quality across the SDLC and collaborate with engineering and product teams in a fast-paced crypto space.

You will develop test plans, perform exploratory testing, participate in agile ceremonies, and help define acceptance criteria. Fluent English and strong communication are required; an engineering degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software quality assurance experience.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Proficient in black/grey box testing approaches.
• Good knowledge of development processes and agile methodology.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality through the whole SDLC.
• Elaborate, maintain and implement detailed test plans, help define acceptance criteria for different scenarios.
• Provide a complete and detailed analysis of failing tests to help engineering teams understand corrective actions.
• Assess risk from test results and alert potential issues in time.
• Deliver thorough, well-structured reports for diverse stakeholders.
• Apply extensive testing methodologies to assure product quality.
• Engage squad team in agile testing, E2E testing, and knowledge sharing.
• Work with QA automation to create specifications and acceptance criteria for test scenarios & tools.

• Be active in the use of automated testing solutions.
