Job summary

Intetics Inc. is seeking a Python Team Lead to lead a hands-on engineering effort focused on Python services, automation, and LLM-powered workflows.

You will build and mentor a growing contractor team, translate business requirements into technical plans, and ensure delivery quality from discovery through production. This role requires strong communication with product managers and stakeholders and a track record of delivering reliable backend systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building/maintaining production Python systems.
• Experience leading an engineering team and owning delivery from design to production.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive problems end-to-end.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers and business stakeholders.
• Ability to organize team work, delegate, and ensure commitments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of automation initiatives with focus on quality and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product Manager and stakeholders to clarify requirements and priorities.
• Translate business problems into actionable technical plans and tasks.
• Design/develop Python services, automation workflows, and system integrations.
• Apply LLM capabilities with validation and human review where appropriate.
• Establish engineering standards and a collaborative team culture.
• Mentor engineers, delegate tasks, and perform code reviews as the team grows.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and communicate progress clearly.
• Lead technical discussions and help stakeholders reach informed decisions.
• Ensure testing, monitoring, error handling, and production support are in place.
