Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a forward-thinking developer to collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Analysts to transform business requirements into scalable Python-based software. You will focus on data transformations, AI-driven enrichment, and building microservices with modern deployment practices.

Expect to work with APIs, databases, and various integrations in a multicultural, international team.

Qualifications

• LangChain and RAG experience.
• Advanced knowledge in Python development and configuration.
• Advanced knowledge of Flask (or similar) frameworks.
• Advanced knowledge of REST APIs.
• Intermediate LLM experience.
• Intermediate Docker experience.
• Intermediate JavaScript experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy.
• Familiarity with React.
• Familiarity with CSS and SCSS.
• Ability to write tests (pytest).
• Experience with CI/CD and creating pipelines.
• Experience with Git.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable applications, APIs, and microservices using Python and modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Analysts to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and optimize data integrations, transformation processes, and AI-powered data enrichment capabilities.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and deployment processes.
• Support the adoption of AI, automation, and engineering best practices to improve business processes and software quality.
• Work closely with stakeholders in an international environment to deliver efficient and innovative solutions.
