Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a forward‑leaning developer in Poland to collaborate with product owners, architects, and analysts. You will refine epics and transform business requirements into scalable Python solutions, including data integrations and AI‑driven enrichment.

As part of an international team, you will build microservices, secure data flows, and automate deployments while embracing modern development practices and a strong focus on quality.

Qualifications

• Experience with LangChain and RAG techniques in real projects.
• Strong Python and framework knowledge with emphasis on scalable APIs.
• REST API design and integration experience.
• Experience implementing and testing AI-powered data enrichment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable applications, APIs, and microservices with Python and modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and optimise data integrations, transformations, and AI-powered enrichment capabilities.
• Ensure data quality and reliability across databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and deployment processes.
• Promote AI, automation, and engineering best practices to improve processes and software quality.
• Work with international stakeholders to deliver efficient, innovative solutions.
