Qualifications

• 4+ years Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph or LangChain.
• Knowledge of asynchronous distributed workflows and orchestration.
• Strong observability and tracing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agent workflows using LangGraph and Python.
• Build graph-based orchestration logic with nodes, edges, and state transitions.
• Implement workflow checkpointing and recovery using SQLite, Redis, or PostgreSQL backends.
• Develop Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows for approvals and interventions.
• Design resilient execution with retries, timeouts, and fallbacks.
• Develop asynchronous workflow execution using Python asyncio.
• Implement OpenTelemetry tracing across orchestration layers and steps.
• Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and observability of workflows.
• Collaborate with platform and AI engineering teams on scalable solutions.
• Create automated tests for workflow reliability and recovery scenarios.
• Contribute to engineering standards around agent orchestration.
