Job summary

Intetics Inc. seeks a Python/AI Agent Engineer to design and develop AI-powered agents for automating business processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand data sources, rules, and expected outputs, translating them into robust AI workflows.

You will build agent logic and supporting Python services, integrate with enterprise systems, and implement validation, logging, and error handling to ensure reliability. Occasional on-site collaboration may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered applications or AI agents.
• Experience with prompt engineering and structured LLM outputs.
• Experience integrating LLMs via APIs or enterprise AI platforms.
• Strong experience processing data from Excel files using Python.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Python-based AI agents for business-process automation
• Work with business stakeholders to understand processes, data, outputs, and rules
• Translate business needs into AI-assisted workflows
• Build agent logic, prompts, validation steps, and supporting Python services
• Process and normalize structured and semi-structured data
• Extract information from Excel files with varying structures
• Map heterogeneous Excel data into a common target model
• Combine deterministic processing with LLM-based interpretation
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, data sources, and APIs
• Implement validation, logging, error handling, and traceability
• Test agents against business scenarios and improve reliability
• Work within approved AI framework, security rules, and constraints
• Support deployment, documentation, and knowledge transfer
• Communicate progress, risks, and limitations clearly
