Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to build AI agents that analyze infrastructure logs and automate complex troubleshooting. You will leverage Python and REST APIs to integrate Gen AI capabilities, such as RAG and vector databases, into production systems while correlating failures and suggesting fixes.

You will design scalable data-processing pipelines, ensure testing and guardrails, and work with modern SDLC tools like GitHub, Jenkins, and automated testing to deliver

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience in production-grade environments.
• Strong Python development and REST API design experience.
• Experience integrating Gen AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and RAG concepts.
• Familiarity with SDLC practices, CI/CD tools, testing, and security scanning.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents that analyze logs and failures at scale.
• Classify, correlate, troubleshoot, and suggest root causes and fixes.
• Develop data-processing pipelines and API integrations feeding telemetry.
• Ensure testing, guardrails, and safe production changes.
