Job summary

Intellectsoft is seeking an AI engineering specialist to lead the design and deployment of agentic workflows using Claude from the Anthropic ecosystem. You will partner with business stakeholders, build AI agents and skills, and mentor a business owner toward independent operation.

Flexibility to work remotely, with attention to delivering rapid, concrete operational improvements across departments.

Qualifications

Advanced AI and agentic fluency demonstrated in complex prompt schemas and multi-agent architectures.
Ability to systematically map business processes and reconstruct workflows from scratch.
High EQ and exceptional interpersonal / communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
Natural aptitude for teaching, mentoring non-technical professionals, translating concepts into operational knowledge.
Strong business acumen focused on delivering immediate operational value and rapid wins.

Responsibilities

Workflow Reorchestration: analyze, map, and redesign processes into agentic workflows with clear human vs AI task boundaries.
Agent & Skill Development: design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents using Anthropic CLI with Claude as core model.
Co-Design & Enablement: collaborate with AI Champion through discovery, redesign, and UAT.
Active Technical Mentorship: transfer knowledge to ensure autonomy of the business owner.
Operational Balancing: manage project lifecycle with 50/50 to 75/25 split between discovery and engineering.
