Job summary

Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Python/AI software engineer to design and implement AI-driven applications for industrial automation.

You will build computer vision solutions for quality inspection and production process automation, and develop AI agents that assist manufacturing, quality assurance, maintenance and logistics teams. The role requires hands-on experience with ML libraries, AI frameworks, API integrations, and databases, plus English B2.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional Python development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Python and AI-related frameworks and technologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing AI and Machine Learning solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Computer Vision systems.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning libraries and tools.
• Understanding of application architecture and API integrations.
• Experience working with databases.
• Familiarity with software development best practices.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing Python-based AI applications.
• Building Computer Vision solutions for quality inspection, defect detection, object recognition and production process automation.
• Developing AI agents to support employees across production, quality assurance, maintenance and logistics functions.
• Creating solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Designing and improving ML algorithms for industrial applications.
• Integrating AI solutions with internal systems, IT platforms and industrial equipment.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities enabled by AI.
• Testing, deploying and optimizing AI models in production environments.
• Monitoring the performance of implemented solutions and driving continuous improvements.
• Following the latest AI developments and proposing innovative use cases for the organization.
