Job summary

Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH in Kraków seeks a PtP Process Support Intern to provide service in the Accounts Payable area. The role starts in October 2026 and involves invoice processing, posting, and handling approval requests to meet SLA timelines.

The position offers a fixed-term mandate with a 35 PLN gross hourly rate, at least 35 hours per week, and a hybrid work arrangement at our Kraków office.

Responsibilities

• Process and post incoming invoices in accordance with procedures and SLAs.
• Manage approval requests and provide information to local finance teams.
• Support period-end closing activities including reconciliations and reports.
• Handle and resolve standard PtP enquiries from finance teams or suppliers.
• Prepare supplier payment proposals aligned with the payment schedule.

So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.We are looking for a PtP Process Support Intern to provide service in Accounts Payable area who can join us in October.Your main tasks will be:Provision of invoice processing services, including the service of verifying and posting incoming invoices in accordance with applicable procedures and agreed timelines and SLA.Service of managing approval requests and providing additional information to local finance representatives regarding invoices.Service execution of agreed activities supporting period-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and preparation of reports.Service of handling and resolving standard PtP - related enquiries received from local finance teams or suppliers.Supporting the service of preparing supplier payment proposals in line with the applicable payment schedule.Our Requirements:Basic accounting knowledgeAnalytical skills including identifying, forecasting and solving problemsAccuracy and systematicityGood knowledge of MS Office (mainly MS Excel)Knowledge of English language enabling free communicationIt is preferable if you are in your final years of studies, as this role is designed to help you gain practical experienceService Terms:Service commencing in October 2026Fixed term contract of mandate with hourly rate of 35 PLN gross/hourServices to be provided minimum 35 hours per weekPossibility to perform delegated activities at our office located in Bronowice, Przybyszewskiego, KrakówService should be provided at least 2 days in the week at Alfa Laval premises#LI-OM1#LI-Hybrid
