Job summary

FinteqHub, a PCI DSS certified payments gateway, is seeking a PSP Integration Manager in Poznań. You will work with PSPs, Product and Development teams to deliver reliable integrations and smooth payment experiences for merchants and end users.

You will analyze, review and support PSP integrations, define optimal flows, test against API specs, and help resolve issues while maintaining documentation and supporting the L2 team. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on API principles, HTTP and JSON knowledge.
• Hands-on PSP integration experience (cascading, 3DS, various methods).
• Proven track record of successful integrations with high quality.
• Experience maintaining integration documentation.
• Ability to resolve complex integration cases and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, GPT or Gemini).
• Proactive in identifying process or system improvements; English level B2+.

Responsibilities

• Analyze PSP integrations by reviewing PSP API specs and documentation.
• Design optimal integration flows for merchants and end users based on PSP requirements and payment logic.
• Review and test integrations against PSP API specifications.
• Validate request/response payloads and error handling within PSP integrations; validate payment flow logic (3DS).
• Identify gaps between PSP documentation and actual API behaviour; document gaps.
• Collaborate with PSP and Development teams to resolve integration issues.
• Review tasks to ensure implementation meets business requirements before launch.
• Maintain existing PSP integrations.
• Support L2 in investigating PSP-related issues; coordinate with Product and Development teams and PSPs.
• Provide merchants with information required to launch their integration.
• Cross-check tasks; mentor junior colleagues.

Purpose of the Role

You’ll analyse, review and support PSP integrations to ensure they meet business requirements and PSP API specifications. You’ll help identify and resolve integration issues and support smooth communication between internal teams, PSPs and merchants.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business and system analysis for new PSP integrations by reviewing PSP API specifications and documentation.
• Design optimal integration flows for merchants and end users based on PSP requirements and payment logic.
• Review and test integrations against PSP API specifications.
• Validate request and response payloads; validate error handling within PSP integrations; validate payment flow logic, including 3DS and cascading.
• Identify gaps or inconsistencies between PSP documentation and actual API behaviour. Document identified gaps and inconsistencies in PSP integrations.
• Work with PSP and Development teams to resolve identified integration issues.
• Review integration tasks to confirm that implementation meets business requirements before launch.
• Maintain existing PSP integrations.
• Support the L2 team in investigating issues related to assigned PSPs. Assist with communication between Product and Development teams and PSPs.
• Provide merchants with the information required to launch their integration.
• Cross-check integration tasks completed by colleagues. Support Junior colleagues with complex issues.

Required Experience

• Solid hands-on understanding of API principles, including HTTP and JSON and PSP integration logic.
• Hands-on experience with Payment Service Providers (cascading, 3DS, different payment methods) and familiarity with local market specifics.
• Proven track record of successfully delivered integrations, with consistent quality in integration delivery.
• Experience maintaining integration documentation.
• Ability to independently resolve complex integration cases and stay effective under pressure when handling urgent tasks.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, GPT or Gemini.
• Proactive mindset, including the ability to identify process or system issues and suggest improvements.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
