Job summary

PPG Industries (UK) Limited seeks a Project and Specification Manager for its Protective Coatings Infrastructure team. You will develop durable customer relationships, gain deep industry knowledge, and drive innovation and value selling to achieve sales and margin targets.

You will manage a European key accounts portfolio, own projects through contracting, and coordinate with global teams to secure cross-border wins, leveraging Salesforce for pipeline visibility.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in business skills and related domains.
• Multilingual skills can be beneficial, especially English and other European languages.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in the Civil Infrastructure market and build durable customer relationships.
• Maintain a pipeline aligned with annual/quarterly budgets and coordinate with Segment Manager.
• Own projects from identification to contracting, including pricing recommendations and cross-border coordination.
• Manage key accounts across Europe within the EMEA region and position PPG as a trusted advisor.
