Job summary

Bunge is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic projects across our network of silos and port facilities in Poland. You will define scope, budgets, timelines, and technical requirements while coordinating contractors and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, strong communication, and the ability to travel frequently. Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is essential, with MS Project a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in industrial/engineering/construction/manufacturing/logistics/infrastructure environments.
• University degree.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
• Good technical understanding and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• MS Project is a plus.
• English at B2 level or above.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic projects across our network of 4 inland silos and 3 port facilities, overseeing all phases from planning and budgeting to on-site execution.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support procurement processes, including RFQs and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to ports and silo locations, primarily in the Szczecin and Gdańsk regions, to oversee project execution.
• Report project status and communicate effectively with operational teams and management.
