Job summary

Blue Projects Company is expanding and seeking a Junior Project Manager for Warsaw or Wroclaw to support the Project Management Department on construction projects. You will help monitor budgets, planning, and coordination with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.

Ideal candidates bring 2 years of site management experience, proficiency in English and Polish, and knowledge of MS Project. Willingness to travel across Poland is required.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in construction/site management in industrial projects.
• Proficient knowledge of English and Polish.
• Experience with MS Project software.
• Proactive, detail oriented, responsible and committed.
• Willingness to travel or relocate across Poland as per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with other disciplines like process, packing and utilities.
• Monitoring construction progress and informing the client on work progress.
• Contacting Investor, General Contract and Subcontractors and suppliers.
• Reviewing plans and specifications to ensure works comply with plans, schedule and cashflow.
• Oversee the tender specifications and cooperate with Company and Client administrative and legal departments.
• Ensure planning and observation of contractual provisions within deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

About the Role

As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the Project Management Department in overseeing budgets, planning, and technical aspects of construction projects. You will also assist in managing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
