Job summary

EY Poland is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes for multinational clients. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinating cross-border teams and engaging senior stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Possessing 7+ years in SAP project management, you will apply SAP Activate and Agile methods, travel within Poland and the EU, and collaborate across EY’s expansive SAP practice.

Job description

Join EY’s SAP team and help leading organizations deliver large-scale business and technology transformations powered by SAP S/4HANA. In this role, you will lead complex SAP implementation programmes, working alongside international teams and senior client stakeholders across various industries. This is an excellent opportunity to drive strategic transformation initiatives while expanding your expertise in SAP-enabled business transformation.

Your scope of duties

• Lead clients through IT transformation into SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Manage greenfield, brownfield, and mix-and-match SAP implementation programmes using various methodologies, including Agile.
• Define, plan, and execute project deliverables while monitoring progress against agreed objectives.
• Ensure the successful delivery of SAP implementation projects, maintaining quality standards and timelines.
• Support business development activities, identify service opportunities, and contribute to RFP responses.
• Coordinate distributed and multicultural project teams throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and project sponsors.

Our Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an SAP Project Manager or Program Manager in distributed, multicultural environments.
• Proven track record of managing at least two full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience in managing SAP S/4HANA implementation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology and a solid understanding of the end-to-end programme lifecycle.
• Previous consulting experience and practical SAP implementation expertise.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• One or more industry-recognised certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM, or PMI-ACP.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel within Poland and across the European Union.

Additional Assets

• Knowledge of SAP technical architecture and integrations.
• SAP Certified Associate – Project Manager – SAP Activate certification.
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM.
• Experience managing external vendors as a client representative.
• Experience in change management, business analysis, and business process transformation.
• Knowledge of TOGAF and BPMN.
