Job summary

EY Poland is seeking an experienced SAP Project/Program Manager to drive large-scale SAP transformations across S/4HANA deployments. You will lead cross‑border teams, manage multiple full‑cycle SAP implementations, and ensure high-quality delivery while engaging senior client stakeholders.

The role requires consulting experience, strong English communication, and willingness to travel within Poland and the EU.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an SAP Project Manager or Program Manager in distributed, multicultural environments.
• Proven track record of managing at least two full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Hands‑on experience in managing SAP S/4HANA implementation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology and a solid understanding of the end‑to‑end programme lifecycle.
• Previous consulting experience and practical SAP implementation expertise.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• One or more industry-recognised certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM, or PMI-ACP.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel within Poland and across the European Union.

In this role, you will lead complex SAP implementation programmes, working alongside international teams and senior client stakeholders across various industries.
