Job summary

Bilfinger is an international industrial services provider. Bilfinger Engineering Central Eastern Europe delivers engineering, design and consultancy services across energy, chemicals, and other sectors.

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead energy transition projects, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and oversee tenders to ensure safety, cost and schedule adherence. Requirements include 10+ years of PM experience in energy projects, technical education, fluent English and Polish, PMP a

Responsibilities

• Project management for energy transition projects
• Coordinate cross country project teams from various disciplines (Process, Piping, Instrumentation, Architecture, Structure, MEP, etc.)
• Tender Management on offers preparation
• Quality management, budget and progress control are top priorities
• Optimize the team work
• Active participant in continuous improvement process
• Following internal procedures
• Reporting internal and external

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in energy projects (heat and power generation, renewable energy, nuclear)!
• Technical education
• Fluent English and Polish is a must!
• PMP certificate is a plus
• Knowledge of MS Project, MS Office, Navisworks and Autodesk TrueView
• Planning skills (scheduling, budgeting, forecasting)
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
