Job summary

Billennium is seeking an experienced MI Project Manager to support the PMI Lead in managing a post-merger integration programme. You will maintain the integrated plan, coordinate multiple workstreams, track risks and dependencies, and ensure clear ownership across the programme.

You will collaborate with Executive Sponsors, Workstream Owners, and functional teams to enable effective governance, timely decisions, and successful delivery of the First 100 Days and broader integration activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in project or programme management, PMO, transformation, integration, or consulting.
• Strong planning, coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and multiple workstreams.
• Practical experience with governance, risk management, dependency tracking, action logs, and decision logs.
• Very good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Coordinate activities across functional workstreams to ensure alignment, ownership, and progress visibility.

Requirements:

• Experience in project or programme management, PMO, transformation, integration, or consulting.
• Strong planning, coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and multiple workstreams.
• Practical experience with governance, risk management, dependency tracking, action logs, and decision logs.
• Very good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian would be an strong advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools.
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with a degree of ambiguity.
